My Brigadeiro Recipe – Brazilian Chocolate Sweet – VERY VERY EASY

Ingredients:

1 Can of Sweetened Condensed Milk

2 Tbsp butter

3 Tbsp unsweetened Cocoa powder

Red Color Sugar for Garnish

Mini Cup Cakes cases

Method:

In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine cocoa, butter and condensed milk. Cook by stirring continuously until thickened for about 5 to 6 minutes. The mixture will begin to come away from the sides of the pan.

Tip: You know when the mixture is ready if you tilt the pan and the whole thing drops in a big blob to the other side of the pan (without sticking to the bottom of the pan).PHOTO__4_Brazilian_Chocolate_Truffles

Remove from heat and let it rest until cool enough to handle. Form into small balls and roll them in Red Color sugar.

Tip: You can roll them in chocolate sprinkles or even in desiccated coconut.collage-2015-06-30 (2)

Then put them in the mini cupcake cases. If you don’t have the cases you can arrange them on a plate (just make sure they don’t stick to each other)

You can eat at once or chill until serving. Enjoy!!!!
