Ingredients:
1 Can of Sweetened Condensed Milk
2 Tbsp butter
3 Tbsp unsweetened Cocoa powder
Red Color Sugar for Garnish
Mini Cup Cakes cases
Method:
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine cocoa, butter and condensed milk. Cook by stirring continuously until thickened for about 5 to 6 minutes. The mixture will begin to come away from the sides of the pan.
Tip: You know when the mixture is ready if you tilt the pan and the whole thing drops in a big blob to the other side of the pan (without sticking to the bottom of the pan).
Remove from heat and let it rest until cool enough to handle. Form into small balls and roll them in Red Color sugar.
Tip: You can roll them in chocolate sprinkles or even in desiccated coconut.
Then put them in the mini cupcake cases. If you don’t have the cases you can arrange them on a plate (just make sure they don’t stick to each other)
You can eat at once or chill until serving. Enjoy!!!!
